Q. What are yout goals for this year's X games?

A. To go into it like I do every year, with my head up and smile on. And just show the fans all the new tricks I've been working on, and all the new, cool things that skateboarding has to offer.

Q. What new tricks can fans expect?

A. I've definitely widened my range of switch tricks and nollie tricks, (theg lack of) whitch have hurt me in the past. I've also got a few tricks that I've come up with that are pretty cool that I'm not really going to tell you guys. You're going to have to see them when we're there.

Q. How do you prepare for contests?

A. I have a personal trainer, and I ride on a road bike every day for five to 10 miles and swim every day. I'm working on getting my cardio up so I'm not tired when it comes down to that last, five- minute jam session. I'm going to be the one that feels like we just started the competition.

Q. How hasworking out helped your skateboarding?

A. It's made me stonger. I can take harder falls now because my body is built to take that impact and get right back on the board. It's not about getting big. It's about staying fit and flexible.

Thats all that im going to put. It is a really long interview to put all the questions and answers on!

YUMMY IN MY TUMMY

Hey everyone,

How r u today?!?!?!

Here is a recipe that my friend's mom gave us. They are amazingly good!!!!!

Here it is what you need:

2 packs of oreo cookies
1 and 1 half of sour cream cheese
1 pack or 2 of vanilla chocolate or almond back (you can get almond back at walmart 4 $1.99) or you can use melting chips.

Step 1: Put the oreo cookies in the blender (5-6 cookies @ a time)
*The cookies should look like coffee grounds (helpful hint)
Step 2: soften the sour creamcheese and mix the oreo crums with your hands.
Step 3: Micro wave the melting chips or almond bark
Step 4: After the melting chips or almond bark dip the oreo balls into the melted vanilla.
Step 5: Set the oreo balls on a cookie sheetwhen done.

There you have it the yummy in your tummy "OREO BALLS"

Polka Dot Cupcakes

Here is a recipe from a star from ICarley!!!

What u need: 1- Yellow cake Mix
2- White frosting and food coloring
3- Circular Candies Example: M&M's, jumbo round sprinkles



Step 1: Prepare cupcakes accordinf to the boxs instructions.
Step 2: While the cupcakes are cooling, dye one can of white froesting with food coloring.(it takes 25 drops to make the icing a brightfun color like pink.) The more dye you add, the darker the color.
Step 3: Lce theh cooled cupckaes and decorate with circle-shaped candies.

Thats all u need 2 do......enjoy and hope it taste good:)
