Polka Dot Cupcakes

Here is a recipe from a star from ICarley!!!

What u need: 1- Yellow cake Mix
2- White frosting and food coloring
3- Circular Candies Example: M&M's, jumbo round sprinkles



Step 1: Prepare cupcakes accordinf to the boxs instructions.
Step 2: While the cupcakes are cooling, dye one can of white froesting with food coloring.(it takes 25 drops to make the icing a brightfun color like pink.) The more dye you add, the darker the color.
Step 3: Lce theh cooled cupckaes and decorate with circle-shaped candies.
